A Decade of Wellbeing at Tenison Woods
“Be Kind, Be Brave, Be You” isn’t just a motto at Tenison Woods Catholic School, it’s the guiding principle that shapes the school’s culture and its commitment to ensuring every child feels cared for and supported to thrive. For close to a decade, Tenison Woods Catholic School has been deeply committed to mental health and wellbeing. The Student Wellbeing Action Grant (SWAG) application is now open
Need a little extra support to bring your Action Plan to life?
The SWAG is a small grant of up to $2500 per annum designed to help Living Ripples schools respond to a specific, identified need that has emerged through the survey and action planning process.
The SWAG is intended to contribute a portion of the total cost of your initiative – helping to close the gap and make meaningful wellbeing actions possible.

Meet Living Ripples provider: The Youth Impact Foundation
The Youth Impact Foundation brings together leading organisations in the youth wellbeing space to drive change in mental health, wellbeing, and leadership. Through a careful selection process, they welcome mission-aligned organisations into their network. Their shared service model streamlines program delivery with expert facilitation and event management, while also supporting talent development, succession planning, and long-term sustainability through in-school and after-school programs.
The Youth Impact Foundation brings together leading organisations driving youth wellbeing, resilience, and leadership:
Burn Bright: Delivers full-day school workshops and a 4-day National Leadership Camp for Years 10–12, exploring protective mental health factors through experiential learning.
Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA): Runs a National Conference Tour and tailored in-school workshops for Years 5–12, focusing on leadership and community engagement.
The Flourish Journey: Offers full-day workshops for small groups of high-school girls, fostering resilience, empowerment, and connection.
Attitude Australia: Provides 1–1.5 hour health and wellbeing presentations for whole year groups, covering topics such as digital citizenship, mental health, and bullying.
Youth Engagement Project: Supports educators and organisations through training, and delivers short Public Speaking Workshops for high-school students to build confidence and communication skills.

Each term, we’re delighted to recognise schools completing the Living Ripples process. Your Certificate of Completion celebrates the dedication and care you bring to student wellbeing and resilience.
Submit the form, and your Certificate will arrive at the end of the term.
